Hello welcome to our website, we are a family run business on the outskirts

  of King's Lynn just off the B1145, we specialize in mainly young stock

production and have a wide range of Quality Riding Horses from coloured cobs to Irish sports horses, Allrounder to Happy Hackers


We also have some older horses which are hand selected for there kind

 nature good temperament and ease of riding, also a good selection of

general hacks and alrounders. So check out our (Horses for sale) section to

 see if there's anything that takes your interest.


We like to pride our selves on finding the right horse for you. Our horses

mainly range from 14hh but we do have a selected few ponies for sale

 as well. 
All our horses are open to vet and blood testing 


What we have to offer is peace of mind.


One week free full livery, with one to one tuition and on hand help so when

you take your new horse home you can feel confident, comfortable and

relaxed. So please feel free to come and see our horses or contact me for a

chat on how we can help anytime.

Feel free to ask about our Full Wardrobe Service we can take the hassel of

shopping around trying to find the right fitting saddle, and make it easier

by supplying you with the right tack to get you started.

Already have a horse that you are not getting on with? not to worry we can take them in on part exchange if you wish, just ask

All horses come with a 4 week (28 days) exchange warranty, to the same value or less, there after they fall under part exchange or can be taken back on sales livery at 20%, if you buy one of our horses and you have a problem please make us your first port of call as all warranties are voided if third party are involved

There is no Warranty given on horses under 4 years old or those just backed or unbacked or trade

When visiting us you will be asked to sign a disclaimer

Chilver House Stables is a horse sales yard, we have horses for sale which are NOT riding school trained horses, some of our horses may be young and inexperienced

• I understand that riding at any standard has inherent risk and that all horses may react unpredictably on occasions.

• I may fall off and could be injured. I accept that risk.

• I reserve the right not to ride a horse allocated to me

• I understand that wearing an appropriate riding hat and body protector may reduce the severity of an injury, should an accident happen. I understand it is my choice whether or not I wear a body protector.

• my abilities and riding experience

• any previous riding accidents

• any medical condition(s) which may affect my ability to ride  

• I understand that children are at particular risk around horses and agree that I will keep any children that I am responsible for under close supervision

• I understand that jumping carries enhanced risk over and above general riding and agree that if I chose to participate in any jumping it is up to me to ensure that I have the experience and ability to ride the course including any jumps which form part of it. If I am in any doubt, I will use my judgement and experience and not enter.
